Wellness center – Instructions for visitors
- By purchasing a ticket, each visitor submits to all the provisions of these instructions and the staff regulations. Children under the age of 10 are only allowed to enter the swimming pool when accompanied by an adult over 18.
- Persons, who are accommodated in the premises of the thermal swimming pool, or whose entrance fee is included in the paid price of the stay are also subject to all the provisions of these instructions and the regulations of the staff.
- We only permit entry to the wellness center with a valid ticket.
- Each visitor receives a magnetic chip with a credit card, which can be used for cashless services in the wellness center.
- In case of loss of the magnetic chip, the visitor must pay the appropriate fee.
- Parents or accompanying adults are fully responsible for the behavior and actions of their children.
- Every visitor is obliged to observe the wellness center's operation hours.
- Each visitor will familiarize themself with the instructions for visitors in their own interest.
- Every visitor is obliged to become familiar with the principles of correct sauna use and the contraindications of all services provided.
- Every visitor is obliged to use the showers.
- We will expel all visitors who, despite warnings, violate the provisions of these instructions or applicable regulations from the thermal swimming pool premises. Furthermore, we will eject a person under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances and a person who misbehaves.
- Every visitor must wear decent, clean, and appropriate clothing and respect the general principles of morality and decency in their behavior.
- Dressing and undressing in the thermal swimming pool area are only allowed in designated areas. It is forbidden to leave clothes and other personal belongings unattended. Every visitor can keep money and valuables at the thermal swimming pool cash desk or in the designated place.
- Drunk persons or those under the influence of other addictive substances, persons with contagious hair, skin, or other infectious diseases, and persons with obviously neglected personal hygiene and conditions that arouse disgust cannot access the facilities.
- In their own interest, each visitor must move carefully and avoid a possible slip or injury. At the same time, they must observe cleanliness and hygiene both themself and in all places and facilities.
- The visitor must act so that they do not knowingly damage the equipment of the object; in case of damage, they are obliged to compensate for the damage they caused.
- We will expel all visitors who violate the principles of instructions for visitors or repeatedly disobey the staff's instructions from the premises at any time and without the right to refund the entrance fee.
- Items found in the wellness center must be handed over to the staff.
- The visitor announces their wishes and complaints at the cash desk, where the service writes them in the diary or informs the head of the facility.
The following is prohibited in the wellness center:
- threaten the safety of visitors, order, and discipline or disturb other visitors with excessive noise,
- calling for help without a serious reason,
- pollute premises by spitting, throwing garbage, etc.,
- take glass objects to the pools,
- smoking in the entire building, including outdoor areas.
- enter departments or spaces reserved for persons of the opposite sex,
- to have refreshments in areas not intended for that,
- mutual diving, knocking and throwing other people into the water, running along the edges of pools and jumping into the water,
- it is forbidden to use soaps and shampoos in the showers near the swimming pools,
- it is also forbidden to use soaps and similar products in swimming pools,
- take dogs and other animals to the wellness center.
