Swimming pool – Instructions for visitors
- By purchasing a ticket, each visitor submits to all the provisions of these instructions and the staff regulations. Children under the age of 10 are only allowed to enter the swimming pool when accompanied by an adult over 18.
- Entry to the swimming pool area is only allowed with a valid ticket (daily, pre-paid).
- Persons who are accommodated in the premises of the thermal swimming pool, or their entrance fee is included in the paid price of the stay, must show a valid accommodation card when entering the thermal swimming pool premises.
- Every visitor has to observe the operating hours of the thermal swimming pool.
- Visitors must go to the pools through the wading areas and use the showers.
- It is in the visitors' interest to familiarize themselves with the instructions for visitors.
- A visitor who cannot swim or swims imperfectly can only swim in areas for non-swimmers.
- We will expel all visitors who, despite warnings, violate the provisions of these instructions or applicable regulations from the thermal swimming pool premises. Furthermore, we will eject a person under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances and a person who misbehaves.
- Every visitor must wear decent, clean, and appropriate clothing and respect the general principles of morality and decency in their behavior.
- Dressing and undressing in the thermal swimming pool area are only allowed in designated areas. It is forbidden to leave clothes and other personal belongings unattended. Every visitor can keep money and valuables at the thermal swimming pool cash desk or in the designated place.
- Persons who are intoxicated or suffering from contagious diseases and diseases that arouse disgust are not allowed to enter the facilities.
- In their own interest, each visitor must move carefully on smooth and wet surfaces and avoid possible slipping or injury. At the same time, they must observe cleanliness and hygiene both themself and in all places and facilities.
- The visitor must act so that they do not knowingly damage the equipment of the object. In case of damage, they are obliged to compensate for the damage he caused. The visitor must hand over all the found objects at the cash desk, where the staff will book them.
- The visitor announces their wishes and complaints in the Information Center, where the service writes them in the diary or informs the head of the facility.
The following is not allowed:
- threaten the safety of visitors, break the rules, and discipline or disturb other visitors with excessive noise,
- calling for help without a serious reason,
- pollute premises by spitting, throwing garbage, etc.,
- take glass objects to the pools,
- smoke by the pools,
- enter departments or spaces reserved for persons of the opposite sex,
- to have refreshments in areas not intended for that,
- mutual diving, knocking and throwing other people into the water, running along the edge of the pools, jumping into the water from places other than those reserved for this,
- play football, handball, and other games with hard balls outside the designated areas,
- use the showers at the entrances to the swimming pools for washing and personal hygiene, and use soaps and shampoos here,
- it is also forbidden to use soaps and similar products in swimming pools,
- lead dogs and other animals into the swimming pool area,
- the benches are for relaxing after swimming, not for all-day sunbathing.
